Short answer

Not directly into your Square balance. Square does not convert a crypto payment into your Square account. What you can do, and what most merchants do, is run a separate crypto payment tool right alongside Square, so customers choose one or the other at checkout.

How crypto sits beside Square

Your Square setup keeps handling cards. For crypto, you add a separate app or processor that generates the QR code and settles crypto its own way. The two do not need to talk to each other; they simply coexist at the counter.
