Yes, and it is easier than most owners expect. Employees do not need to understand cryptocurrency. They need a three-step checklist: show the payment request, confirm it shows as received, hand over the goods. Everything else is your setup, not their job.
The whole job, on one card
- Enter the amount and show the customer the QR code to scan.
- Wait until the screen confirms the payment as received. No confirmation, no goods.
- Hand over the goods and, if asked, offer a receipt.
Add one escalation rule: if anything looks off, a wrong amount, a payment that will not confirm, or a customer in a hurry, pause and get a manager. That single rule prevents almost every mistake.

Common misconceptions
- That staff need to learn how crypto works. They need a procedure, not a lesson.
Things to avoid
- Letting staff release goods on a 'pending' screen. Confirmation first, always.
